The next phase of Ozone Business Park will deliver over 120,000 sq ft of B2 and B8 industrial, manufacturing and distribution space. This additional space will underpin the already well-established park, which includes major occupiers such as Warburtons, DHL, YARA, DPD & Timloc.
The park expansion will create c.190 additional full-time equivalent jobs and drive further economic growth in the region.
